Job Description

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will lead the growth of one or more of P&G's iconic brands by developing winning strategies, delivering outstanding consumer experiences, and driving sustainable business growth. You will:

• Define and execute brand growth strategies by leveraging consumer and shopper insights, market trends, and campaign performance analysis.
• Own end-to-end brand building initiatives and deliver key business metrics across multiple channels, including e-commerce, driving topline growth, market share, penetration, brand equity, and budget efficiency
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Trade Marketing, rregional Consumer & Market Knowledge, Finance, and Supply Chain to develop and execute integrated business plans.
• Partner with external agencies, suppliers, and key stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing initiatives with excellence.
• Develop best-in-class marketing toolkits and assets, including digital campaigns, social media content, e-commerce creative, platform activations, in-store materials, and consumer engagement programs.
• Continuously identify growth opportunities and transform insights into innovative marketing initiatives that strengthen brand leadership in the Vietnam market.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Brand Management, or a related commercial marketing role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of the Vietnam market and local consumers, with demonstrated ability to translate insights into successful brand and marketing strategies.
• Proven strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical capability, able to synthesize multiple sources of information into actionable business insights.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and lead without formal authority.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese, with experience briefing creative agencies and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong bias for action
