Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the online marketing plan: Define objectives, strategies, and tactics to achieve business goals.

• Manage the online brand presence: Ensure consistent brand messaging and a premium brand experience across all e-commerce platforms.

• Manage digital marketing campaigns: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with the performance media specialist to optimize performance and maximize ROI.

• Manage the online marketing budget: Oversee budgets, track spending, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and maximizing ROI.

• Manage and develop relationships with key online partners: Build strong relationships with e-retailers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with E-commerce KAMs, media, and finance teams to ensure alignment.

• Report on e-commerce performance: Prepare and present monthly e-commerce performance reports.

Job Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in FMCG industry, preferably with a well-established firms

• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese

• Strong negotiation skills, data-oriented, analytical and sales budget planning skills

• Strong Marketing/Digital fundamentals

• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to learn new skills and adapt quickly to changing environments.

• A growth mindset, eager to embrace challenges and continuously develop skills to drive personal and organizational success.
