What You Will Do:
Leads Agile execution for the FMBT Interface team, facilitating sprint ceremonies, backlog coordination, delivery reporting, and impediment resolution. Coordinates closely with Government Product Owners, technical leads, developers, testers, and project leadership to support interface analysis, development, system testing, documentation, and release readiness.
What You Will Need:
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred
- 5+ years of Agile delivery experience, including 3+ years serving as a Scrum Master on software development or systems integration programs
- Experience facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and Agile metrics reporting
- Experience supporting SAFe-based delivery, cross-team dependency management, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience tracking risks, issues, action items, sprint progress, and delivery commitments in Government-approved tools
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA access
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
- Experience supporting Federal IT programs preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise application implementations preferred
- Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Agility, GitHub, or similar tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- SAFe Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster, or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience supporting VA, federal financial management, or large-scale ERP modernization programs
- Momentum Financials/iFAMS exposure preferred
