As a SAP PLM Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation of SAP supply chain and operations applications to optimize client processes
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to achieve strategic objectives
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of supply chain transformation initiatives
- Utilizing data-driven insights to improve supply chain performance and decision-making
- Overseeing the deployment of procurement strategies and inventory management systems
- Collaborating with stakeholders to address operational challenges and drive process improvements
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and encourage professional growth
- Confirming data integrity and compliance within supply chain management frameworks

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
