Role Overview
 

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Manager / Functional Lead with 10 years of IT experience to drive end-to-end Salesforce program execution, functional solution architecture, and team leadership. In this role, you will bridge the gap between core business stakeholders and technical execution teams. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable, out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities, oversee multi-cloud solution delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide a team of Salesforce business analysts, developers and administrators.
• Solution Architecture: Translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using standard capabilities.
• Hands-on Configuration: Actively build and maintain Flows, validation rules, custom objects, and advanced user management.
• Product Ownership: Own the Salesforce roadmap, prioritizing features and managing the release deployment cycle.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, sales, marketing, and support teams to align technology with business goals.
• Data & Governance: Establish configuration standards, maintain data hygiene, and manage environment deployment strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Hands-on Expertise: Proven experience configuring Salesforce Flows, complex data models, and security controls.
• Platform Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and standard integrations.
• Agile Methodology: Experience managing projects using Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical business stakeholders.
