Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Partner with Account Managers to capture customer briefs and manage related activities within internal systems.

• Ensure seamless alignment between brief to win and order fulfillment process.

• Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, commercial negotiations and tracking required approvals.

• Ensure pricing accuracy, price list governance, and consistency globally.

• Maintain accurate project, customer and pricing information in SAP / CRM and communicate changes as needed.

• Request, facilitate, expedite, and track samples/documents/creative tasks.

• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve potential process roadblocks.

• Handle various internal and external inquires with fast responses.

• Ensure timely communication with internal and external customers.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or any other relevant discipline.

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service or Commercial Operations.

• Strong understanding of commercial and financial processes, including pricing, margin management and forecasting,

• Ability to navigate complex business environments and work effectively within a global matrix organization.

• Experience supporting multinational customers, preferably within the FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Global Key Account (GKA) environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to execution and follow-through.

• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and strong relationship-building capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce and SAP.
