A Day in the Life

Join Medtronic as a Sales Representative for the RDN (Renal Denervation) and Perfusion portfolio. This role is ideal for an ambitious and motivated individual who enjoys developing new opportunities, working closely with healthcare professionals, and contributing to the introduction of innovative therapies.

This is a highly field-oriented position requiring frequent travel across Croatia and Slovenia. You will collaborate with specialists from Interventional Cardiology, Nephrology, Radiology and other clinical departments to help establish new treatment pathways and support successful therapy adoption. You will report to the Business leader while working closely with regional and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Develop and grow the RDN and Perfusion business by identifying new opportunities and supporting market expansion
• Build collaborative relationships with physicians, hospital management, and multidisciplinary clinical teams
• Coordinate activities across Nephrology, Radiology, Cardiology, and other specialties to facilitate patient access to therapy
• Deliver product presentations, customer education, and clinical support
• Maintain regular field presence through customer visits and territory planning
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute commercial strategies and achieve business objectives
• Promote Renal Denervation (RDN), a minimally invasive procedure designed to treat uncontrolled hypertension with Perfusion technologies, which support blood circulation and oxygenation during cardiac surgery
• Represent Medtronic professionally and ethically, in line with internal policies, quality standards and applicable regulations

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Previous sales experience or strong motivation to develop a career in medical device sales
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• High level of initiative, resilience, and willingness to build new business opportunities
• Fluent in Croatian and English, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary healthcare teams

The ideal candidate is eager to develop professionally, embraces challenges, and enjoys building new business opportunities from the ground up. A proactive mindset, resilience, and enthusiasm for collaborating with multidisciplinary clinical teams will be key to success in this role. Previous exposure to healthcare or medical device sales is an advantage but is not essential.
