Sales Operations CRM Specialist
Your Team's Impact:
The Sales Operations CRM Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely sales, account, contact, and opportunity data across HubSpot and Salesforce. This role serves as the operational bridge between the Corporates sales organization, which utilizes HubSpot as its primary CRM, and the broader enterprise, which relies on Salesforce for reporting, contracting, and revenue management.
The successful candidate will own the day-to-day execution of CRM data management processes, ensuring information is accurately transferred, updated, and reconciled between systems. This role will partner closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Business Systems teams to maintain data quality, support reporting accuracy, and improve operational efficiency.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring customer, account, contact, and opportunity data remains accurate and synchronized across both platforms.
- Manage the creation, maintenance, and updating of account, contact, and opportunity records, including ownership changes, account assignments, renewal data, pipeline updates, and customer information changes.
- Execute recurring CRM data imports, exports, and reconciliation processes to support sales operations, reporting, and revenue management.
- Monitor data quality across systems by identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies, duplicate records, and data integrity issues.
- Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Business Systems teams to support pipeline hygiene to support forecasting accuracy.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, recommend workflow improvements, and help identify opportunities to automate manual data management activities over time.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, CRM Administration, or Data Management.
- Experience working with Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience managing large datasets and performing data imports, exports, and updates.
- Proficiency in Excel, including data cleansing, lookups, and reconciliation activities.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage recurring operational processes.
Success Measures:
- Timely creation and maintenance of Salesforce and HubSpot records.
- High CRM data accuracy and completeness.
- Reduction in data discrepancies between systems.
- Improved pipeline and account reporting reliability.
- Positive feedback from sales and sales operations stakeholders.
