We are actively seeking a Sales Enablement Learning Designer. This role is based in India, Hyderabad.

Position Summary

The Sales Enablement Learning Designer designs and develops scalable learning, practice and reinforcement experiences that help sellers and managers build and apply the capabilities needed to perform.

Working closely with the Sales Enablement Lead and broader Global Sales Enablement team, this role translates identified capability needs into practical, engaging experiences supporting onboarding, seller readiness and ongoing development.

This role requires a later-day work schedule in India, typically ending between 10:00–11:00 p.m. IST, to provide consistent overlap with the U.S.-based team.

This role reports to the Director, Sales Enablement (India).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable learning experiences that address identified seller and manager capability needs.
• Translate sales strategies, messaging, methodologies and business priorities into practical learning and performance support.
• Develop digital learning, microlearning, practice, simulations, role plays, reinforcement and assessments.
• Support onboarding, seller and manager readiness, sales plays, masterclasses and other priority enablement initiatives.
• Create facilitator, learner and performance-support resources that enable consistent global delivery and application.
• Partner with the Sales Enablement Lead and subject-matter experts to translate readiness requirements into effective learning solutions.
• Apply modern learning practices and adult-learning principles with an emphasis on application and behavior change.
• Use AI and emerging technologies to improve learning development, practice, personalization and scale.
• Use learner feedback, adoption and performance insights to continuously improve learning effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in instructional design, learning experience design, sales learning or a related discipline.
• Experience designing digital, virtual and instructor-led learning.
• Strong understanding of adult learning, practice, reinforcement and performance-based learning.
• Strong critical-thinking, writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing learning using modern authoring and learning technologies.
• Strong communication, collaboration and project-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing learning for sales or other commercial audiences.
• Experience in enterprise software, technology or professional services.
• Experience with AI-enabled learning, simulation, role-play or practice technologies.
