Safety & Environment Internship

As an intern in our Safety & Environment team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, gain hands-on experience, and make a real impact on the prevention and treatment of diseases in people and animals.

Responsibilities:

• Bring energy, innovation, and a willingness to learn and apply best practices.
• Assist in the collection, collation, preparation, and review of Environmental, Safety or Sustainability data and documents.
• Support the EHS team in various Environmental, Safety or Sustainability improvement projects.
• Apply basic knowledge of EHS regulations and their applicability.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required; position is subject to change as the needs of the department evolve.
• Collaborate with site colleagues to help continue to build our EHS/Sustainability culture.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Desire to build experiences in Environmental, Safety or Sustainability within a highly regulated industry.
• Ability to prioritize and participate in continuous performance improvement efforts.

Preferred:

• Environmental, Safety or Sustainability related technical discipline is an advantage.
