About the Role:
as an RTL Design Engineering Student your responsibilities will include definition, debug, and implementation/verification of PTP (Power, Thermal, Performance) Management features, while driving a complex process of exercising logical correctness. We perform Development and Verification using unique, state-of-the-art, languages and tools and advanced software engineering methodologies. As part of the team, you will drive new technologies, and develop expertise in Intel Architecture and in high-speed design.
What's unique about the PTP Management?
In the PTP Management team there are many interfaces with different firmware components inside/outside the Core, as well as with the parent SoC (System On Chip).
You will have direct impact on the Performance and Power (PnP) of Intel CPUs - a critical, competitive feature in our products.
Qualifications:
- Student pursuing a BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, with at least 3 semesters remaining until graduation.
- Experience in the VLSI projects and SystemVerilog coding - an advantage.
- Good coding skills in any programming language - an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, self-driven approach.
- Fast and independent learner.
