As part of Lloyds Technology Centre (LTC), you will support the Risk & Control function with risk monitoring, data analysis, and reporting while working with colleagues across the business.

This role is suited to someone with a basic understanding of risk, knowledge of data analytics, and curiosity to learn and develop.

What You'll Be Doing

• Create simple dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Help track Key process indicators, Key risk indicators, trends, and actions.
• Work with stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting.
• Learn and contribute to improvements in risk and reporting processes.

What You'll Need

Essential Skills & Experience

• Basic understanding of business processes.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to analyse situations and understand concepts quickly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and learn from others.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Ability to understand and work with data.
• Curious, willing to learn and comfortable working with others.

Preferred Skills

• A qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or B.Tech.
• Familiarity with Power Query, SQL, Python or automation tools is helpful but not essential.
