Job Summary

Applies disciplined analytics to predict consumer behavior and optimize product availability and price to maximize revenue growth. Provides input to help to optimize revenue and cost by setting prices, product placement and availability with customers. Coordinates with other areas, including marketing, sales, pricing and distribution channel management. Developing professional role with working knowledge in own discipline, and broadens capabilities Fully proficient in theories & processes. Typically follows prescribed guidelines or procedures to resolve problems Works with a moderate level of guidance. Can train or mentor new colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Revenue Analysis & Forecasting

  • Apply disciplined analytics to predict consumer behavior and optimize product availability and pricing.

  • Develop and maintain pricing models to support changing business needs.

  • Forecast revenue trends and provide insights to improve profitability.

• Data Intelligence & Insights

  • Collate, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources into actionable business intelligence.

  • Identify patterns and anomalies to inform strategic decisions.

  • Provide recommendations to optimize revenue and cost structures.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, sales, pricing, and distribution teams to align strategies.

  • Support the strategy team with insights for campaign planning and product positioning.

• Reporting & Monitoring

  • Create dashboards and reports to monitor revenue performance and KPIs.

  • Validate data integrity and ensure accuracy across systems.

  • Drive process improvements through automation and workflow optimization.

• Ad Hoc Projects

  • Support special projects requiring deep analytical insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling.

• Experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau).

• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Strong financial acumen and business understanding.

• Excellent communication skills to present insights to stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analytics, or business intelligence.

• Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.

• B2B experience preferred.
