WE ARE LANDSEC

We identify and shape places that create opportunity, enhance quality of life, and bring joy to the people connected to them. This is how we’ve created the UK’s leading portfolio of urban places and one of the largest real estate companies in Europe.

Our £10 billion portfolio is built around premium workplaces, the country’s pre-eminent retail platform, and a residential pipeline that will redefine urban life. We’ve honed this ability over 80 years. Spotting the opportunities, building the partnerships, and continually adapting to shape the places that meet the needs of a changing world. Places where life happens. Where businesses grow. And where cities are defined.

LOCATION

  • Undertake regular occupier visits to understand trading performance, operational challenges, guest feedback and future opportunities.
  • Support occupiers in identifying opportunities to improve trading performance and enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain regular communication with occupiers regarding centre initiatives, marketing activity, events, operational updates and business performance.
  • Coordinate and respond to occupier enquiries, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and relationships remain positive and collaborative.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information for occupiers, including store managers, regional managers and head office contacts.
  • Facilitate occupier meetings, forums and engagement sessions, encouraging collaboration, feedback and participation.
  • Collate, analyse and report on occupier sales performance, identifying key growth opportunities and emerging risks.
  • Produce regular trading reports and performance updates for the Centre Management Team.
  • Identify trends, opportunities and risks affecting occupier performance and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain awareness of competitor destinations and local market trends to support business planning and retailer engagement.

  • Monitor guest feedback, reviews and service trends, identifying opportunities to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead the induction of new occupiers and store managers, ensuring understanding of centre standards, operational requirements and company expectations.
  • Develop and facilitate relevant training, workshops and business development opportunities for occupiers.
  • Support occupier compliance with centre regulations, operational procedures and lease obligations, escalating concerns where appropriate.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager and service delivery partners to ensure high standards of presentation and service across the destination.
  • Support duty management responsibilities, including weekends and special events on a rota basis.
  • Support the development of relationships with local businesses, schools, charities and community organisations.
