Our partner is looking for a Regional Retail Recruiter in Charlotte, NC. The Regional Retail Recruiter will help build retail teams and connect qualified candidates with opportunities across the organization. This role works closely with hiring leaders to understand talent needs, develop recruiting strategies, identify and evaluate candidates, and support hiring decisions.
The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting activities for professional positions and serve as a resource to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process. The position involves workforce planning, candidate sourcing, market research, interviewing, offer development, and maintaining a consistent candidate and hiring manager experience.

Salary Range: $58,400–$73,000 per year
Location: Charlotte, NC
Travel: Travel and driving are not essential functions of this position.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have direct or indirect supervisory responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including defining hiring needs, developing job specifications, creating sourcing strategies, assessing candidates, recommending candidates for hire, supporting offer development, negotiating offers, and securing candidate acceptance.
- Consult with hiring managers on sourcing, interviewing, and selection strategies and practices.
- Develop search methodologies and identify appropriate sources and candidate pools for open positions.
- Provide hiring managers with information regarding market salary data, internal development opportunities, available talent pools, and potential candidates.
- Recommend qualified candidates to hiring managers based on established position requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Partner with hiring managers and review business plans to prioritize recruiting activities based on current and future workforce needs.
- Provide a consistent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work with hiring leaders to establish job specifications, qualifications, skills profiles, and candidate evaluation criteria based on available talent and market conditions.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to reach a broad pool of qualified candidates.
- Review candidate information and assess qualifications against established job specifications.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews using criteria established for each position.
- Interview candidates regarding relevant competencies and future potential.
- Provide candidates with information regarding the organization and available opportunities.
- Evaluate candidates against job requirements and criteria established with hiring leaders.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring leaders for consideration.
- Recommend appropriate offers based on relevant market conditions.
- Negotiate employment offers and communicate with candidates regarding compensation, benefits, organizational culture, and career opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand the business environments supported by recruiting activities and determine appropriate search methodologies.
- Identify sourcing opportunities through advertising, database searches, outreach, industry networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Develop recruiting search strategies based on position requirements and available talent pools.
- Anticipate recruiting challenges, identify additional sources of talent, and support improvements to recruitment methods.
- Participate in providing feedback and recommendations for recruiting process improvements.
- Perform additional responsibilities related to the position or department as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a professional services environment or related field.
- Experience using recruiting tools, including resume databases and internet sourcing tools.
- Experience navigating web-based recruiting resources.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience is highly desirable.
- Experience recruiting Senior Manager, Director, and Executive-level positions is preferred.
- Computer proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email, database applications, and web browsers.
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position in an office environment.
- Ability to sit for extended periods, use a telephone, enter data using a computer, and lift up to 10 pounds.
