Observing the markets, collecting, analyzing and evaluating information, and identifying opportunities for Regional in the regions.
Deciding the pricing strategy and ensures that related standards and guidelines are adhered in all assigned divisions.
Leading negotiations of contracts and package deals with OEM, EMS and Distributors, and coordinating the involved divisions.
Building relations to key stakeholder and influencers and initiates measures to increase visibility of VISHAY in the market.
Supporting product or market related growth & profit strategies, and support road-mapping for product's lifecycles.
Ensuring proper administration and reporting of all marketing activities and marketing processes, utilizing the respective systems.

• 担当製品、価格、市場セグメント、顧客に関するマーケティング戦略の策定。市場の潜在的な可能性や機会を特定し、デザインインのためのプロモーションやセールス部門に対する販売サポート。
• 担当製品における日本市場向けビジネスの継続的な成長を自らイニシアチブを取ってドライブする。

応募資格:

• 電子工学、電気工学の学位をお持ちの方
• パワー半導体・電源機器・自動車エレクトロニクス業界において、設計開発・FAEエンジニア・製品マーケティング等いずれかの職種で5年以上の実務経験をお持ちの方。(特にパワー半導体に関連した電源アプリケーションの設計・サポート経験やパワー半導体競合他社での勤務経験があれば尚可)
• エクセル（販売データ分析等）とパワーポイント（トレーニング・セミナー等）の豊富な知識と経験。
• 日本語はネイティブレベル、英語はビジネスレベル以上。
