Designation: Apprentice
Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Business: Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct financial and performance assessments of corporate and non-corporate entities.

Prepare detailed analytical reports by evaluating financial and non-financial parameters, including in-depth analysis of Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, cash flows, and key financial ratios.

Ensure timely delivery of reports while consistently adhering to defined service levels and deadlines.

Maintain high standards of accuracy and data integrity throughout the report preparation process.

Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure quality outcomes with minimal supervision.

Develop industry-specific knowledge and leverage insights to enhance the quality of analysis and reporting.

Maintain, monitor, and regularly update Management Information Systems (MIS) related to report deliverables.

Collaborate with and support team members to achieve team objectives and business requirements.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.

Key Requirements:

Postgraduate in Finance.

Strong understanding of financial statements and ratio analysis.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Willingness to learn and adapt across multiple industries.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Proactive approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
