Die Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH ist ein Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandort für Leistungstransistoren (Power MOSFET) mit über 550 Mitarbeitenden. Vishay investiert in Itzehoe in eine neue Halbleiter-Chip-Fabrik und erweitert damit künftig die Produktionskapazitäten.

Was Sie machen werden:

• Steuerung und Optimierung des Prozessmoduls Backend in der Halbleiterproduktion.

• Betreuung der modulspezifischen Prozess- sowie Messtechnik und Sicherstellung der Prozessstabilität.

• Anwendung statistischer Methoden (SPC – Statistical Process Control) und Durchführung von Datenanalysen.

• Entwicklung und Qualifizierung neuer Prozesse und Anlagen.

• Bearbeitung von Projekten zur Kostenreduktion, Qualitätsverbesserung und Produktivitätssteigerung.

• Erstellung von Spezifikationen sowie Qualifizierung neuer Anlagen und Verbrauchsmaterialien.

• Prozessüberwachung und Fehleranalyse: Identifikation und Behebung von Prozessabweichungen.

• Dokumentation und Reporting: Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Berichten für Audits.

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master oder PhD) in Physik, Chemie, Elektrotechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.

• Gute Kenntnisse in Halbleiterprozessen und Prozessoptimierung.

• Analytisches Denken, Qualitätsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise.

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

• Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung/Leitung kleinerer Projekte oder Teilprojekte.

• Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Probleme strukturiert zu analysieren.

Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH is a development and manufacturing facility for power transistors (power MOSFETs) with over 550 employees. Vishay is investing in a new semiconductor chip factory in Itzehoe, thereby expanding its production capacity in the future.

What you will be doing:

• Control and optimization of the Backend process module in semiconductor production.

• Overseeing module-specific process and measurement technology and ensuring process stability.

• Application of statistical methods (SPC – Statistical Process Control) and conducting data analyses.

• Development and qualification of new processes and equipment.

• Management of projects aimed at cost reduction, quality improvement, and productivity enhancement.

• Preparation of specifications and qualifications of new equipment and consumables.

• Process monitoring and error analysis: Identification and resolution of process deviations.

• Documentation and reporting: Preparation of process documentation, work instructions, and reports for audits.

What you will bring along:

• A completed degree (Master’s or PhD) in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of semiconductor processes and process optimization.

• Analytical thinking, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Very good written and spoken German and English.

• Experience in managing or leading small projects or subprojects.

• Ability to analyze complex technical problems in a structured manner.
