Ubiminds is assisting a growing SaaS company that is leveraging AI to identify outstanding compliance issues across its applications. As part of this initiative, the company is expanding its engineering team to address critical technical and security concerns, modernize applications, and ensure a high level of quality, reliability, and compliance.

Challenge

We’re looking for a Principal Full Stack Engineer with strong experience in the .NET ecosystem to help resolve outstanding compliance issues identified by AI within SaaS applications.

In this role, you will combine hands-on development and implementation with high-level technical leadership, focusing on architecture, design, technical planning, troubleshooting, and security-related remediation. You will be responsible for helping identify and resolve issues that, if left unresolved, could potentially become security risks.

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced engineer who can navigate complex enterprise applications, understand security and compliance findings, and translate technical issues into practical, scalable solutions. You should be comfortable taking ownership of complex problems while collaborating effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance SaaS applications.

• Investigate and resolve outstanding compliance and security-related issues identified through AI-driven analysis.

• Participate in architecture and technical design decisions across the application stack.

• Perform hands-on development and implementation of solutions to address identified issues.

• Troubleshoot complex application, performance, compliance, and security challenges.

• Analyze and remediate issues identified through CVEs, SAST scans, and other security audits.

• Design and optimize relational databases, SQL queries, stored procedures, and data access patterns.

• Contribute to technical planning and define strategies for resolving complex application issues.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.

• Work in a Shift Left development environment with strong ownership of software quality and reliability.

• Leverage AI-powered development tools and coding agents to improve engineering productivity and solution delivery.

• Collaborate effectively across teams to resolve technical and security challenges.

Mandatory Skills

Experience

• 8+ years of professional experience building web applications using C#, SQL, and Angular.

• Experience working with stored procedures, relational databases, or performance-sensitive SQL.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (B.E., B.Tech, MCA, B.Sc), or equivalent practical work experience.

Engineering Practices

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

• Experience writing unit and integration tests.

• Comfortable working in a Shift Left development environment.

• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable software.

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of complex technical challenges.

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams.

• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in English.

AI & Modern Development

• Willingness to embrace AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.

• Basic to intermediate understanding of modern AI concepts including LLMs, MCP, RAG, or related technologies.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with reading and interpreting CVEs, SAST scans, and other security audits to identify and resolve application issues.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including indexing and query optimization.

• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments, including services such as EC2, S3, and SES.

• Exposure to modern API technologies such as GraphQL.

• Experience with coding agents or AI-assisted development workflows, including MCP, GitHub Copilot, and Claude Code.

• Experience building applications for large enterprise customers.
