Full-time or part-time · Join a supportive team of 5 senior physios · Mixed private caseload · Genuinely great culture
We're hiring for a well-established boutique private practice in Adelaide's north-eastern suburbs to find their next physiotherapist. This is a clinic that's built something special - a team where people are happy, valued, growing their skills, and having a genuine laugh along the way.
They're co-located within a busy medical centre with a close working relationship with the onsite GPs, and they're looking to add a fifth physio to their tight-knit team (which includes two Master's-qualified owner-clinicians).
If you've been quietly hoping for a workplace that actually delivers on the culture promises everyone else makes — this is worth a conversation.
About the role
You'll join four other experienced physios in a hands-on, manual therapy-focused practice with a beautifully mixed caseload:
- Private health fund clients (aligned with all major funds)
- NDIS (self-managed and plan-managed)
- Medicare EPC referrals from the onsite GP team
- ReturnToWorkSA
- DVA
- Motor vehicle claims
You'll have the time and clinical space to treat clients the way you were trained to proper hands-on assessment, considered treatment plans, and follow-through that actually gets outcomes.
About the culture
Experience counts. Both owner-physios hold Post Grad Masters qualifications from UniSA and genuinely enjoy sharing what they've learned - clinically, in business, and in life. Mentorship here isn't a line on the job ad; it's how the practice runs day-to-day.
Ongoing education is funded, not fought for. Generous PD allowance for courses in your areas of interest, plus regular in-service sessions in the clinic.
Flexibility because life happens. Family, health, financial circumstances - they change over time. This team adjusts with you, not against you.
Modern facilities, better systems. Constant investment in equipment, systems, and workflows so you spend your time treating people, not wrestling admin.
Who we're looking for
- AHPRA registration Physiotherapist
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent)
- Sound clinical reasoning and a genuine interest in hands-on manual therapy
- Confidence (or willingness to build confidence) across a mixed musculoskeletal caseload
- A team player who's happy to muck in and back others up
- New graduates with strong clinical placements are warmly encouraged to apply - mentoring is a real strength here
What's in it for you
- Competitive remuneration
- Generous professional development allowance for external courses
- Regular in-house in-services with two Master's-qualified owner-mentors
- Genuine mentoring from senior clinicians who want you to grow
- Modern equipment and streamlined systems so admin doesn't eat your day
- A supportive, low-ego team where you're backed up on the tricky ones
- Established referral pipelines from onsite GPs and a loyal client base
- A workplace that's actually fun — and they mean it
