About this role The People Services Centre is a critical team supporting employees and managers across our HR COEs and HRBPs, while ensuring local legal and regulatory compliance. As the first point of contact for People Services, you will lead by establishing and preserving strong relationships with colleagues and managers.

You will care for our people by delivering accurate and timely customer service, resolving HR transactions, and managing complex administrative queries within agreed service levels. Working with a customer-centric approach and strong teamwork, you will ensure seamless service delivery across all supported regions.

These are some of the key components to the position:

• Apply strong HR knowledge across multiple countries to navigate local policies, processes, and employment requirements effectively.

• Act as a key point of escalation for complex People Services queries across your supported country scope.

• Handle high volumes of queries relating to reward, benefits, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and general HR matters at first point of contact.

• Gather essential information early to drive swift resolution, minimise handoffs, and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

• Educate and empower colleagues to navigate the People Portal and self-service tools, reducing repeat queries.

• Aim high to meet service level agreements consistently while managing end-to-end employee lifecycle support.

• Identify and recommend continuous process improvements to drive excellence in daily operational service delivery.

• Facilitate training for colleagues and managers to improve adoption of Tier 0 and self-service technologies.

• Support cyclical legislative, regulatory, and compliance-related reporting and auditing activities.

• Maintain strong working knowledge and accuracy across HR information systems, including Workday and Jira.

What will you bring to the team?

• Practical experience in HR administration, case management processes, and core HR systems like Workday or Jira.

• Ability to develop an understanding of our internal and external partners to deliver a supportive, customer-focused service.

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to stay committed to achieving goals under pressure.

• A proactive, inclusive approach to problem-solving with a sharp attention to detail.

• Foundational understanding of HR regulations, compliance requirements, and employee lifecycle processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• A passion to aim higher to drive excellence while continuing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
