As an Oracle HCM Director, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Workforce Technology - Oracle HCM practice, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction, inspire others to follow, and drive business growth by shaping client engagements and mentoring future leaders. You are expected to uphold PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, creating a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will lead in line with our values and brand, developing new ideas and solutions while driving thought leadership. Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications to optimize human resources processes
- Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of Oracle HCM applications
- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful engagements
- Shaping the direction of client engagements and mentoring future leaders within the organization
- Promoting technological advances and fostering environments where people and technology thrive together
- Developing new ideas and solutions to enhance talent management and strategic human resource planning
- Overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level relations to maximize client satisfaction
- Cultivating potential in others and actively collaborating across the PwC Network to leverage collective strengths
- Adhering to professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 14 to 20 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud and related applications
- Leading strategic human resource planning and workforce analytics initiatives
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher for data-driven decision making
- Managing complex Oracle E-Business Suite implementations
- Excelling in project management and change management within HR transformations
