What you’ll do:
- Support the delivery of large-scale operational transformation programs within an agile environment
- Assist in preparing key project materials such as presentations, reports, steering committee packs, and communications using Microsoft platforms, especially PowerPoint
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and provide guidance and support to junior team members and associates
- Take direction from Managers and Senior Managers to help drive project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations
- Adapt to changing priorities and apply structured problem-solving techniques to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Engage directly with clients on-site, building strong working relationships through effective verbal and written communication
- Contribute to multiple engagements across different industries and functions, gaining broad exposure and experience
- Align your work with the firm’s broader strategy, showing interest and motivation to understand and apply emerging AI strategies where relevant
What we’re looking for:
- Experience or interest in consulting, continuous improvement, or project delivery
- Willingness to grow into managing larger transformation programs by supporting seasoned team members
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust and engage confidently with clients and stakeholders through both verbal and written communication
- Emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset to work effectively in face-to-face client settings and within diverse teams
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to assist in translating data into actionable insights
- Comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment, adaptable to shifting priorities and tasks
- Motivated to learn about operational transformation methodologies and emerging technologies such as AI, aligning your work with broader firm strategies
- Proficient experience using Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint
