Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Server to join our team at Onyx Bar & Lounge, where handcrafted cocktails, sophisticated small plates, and breathtaking Sonoran Desert views create an elevated social experience. In this role, you will deliver exceptional food and beverage service, anticipate guest needs, share your knowledge of menu offerings, and create memorable dining experiences through attentive and personalized hospitality. This is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing and service-driven professional with a passion for food, wine, and guest engagement who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.
What you will do
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail, creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
Anticipate guest needs, provide thoughtful menu recommendations, and respond promptly and effectively to requests and concerns.
Support overall restaurant operations by assisting with table clearing, resetting, and maintaining service standards throughout each shift.
What you bring
An outgoing personality, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage offerings, with the ability to confidently guide guest dining experiences.
Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment preferred.
The ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card and current TIPS certification.

Schedule & Hours
Full Time
Typical start times are 1:00 PM, 4:00 PM, or 6:00 PM, with flexibility to arrive earlier or stay later based on business levels and special events
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
