We are one of the most promising startups of 2026 with headquarters in Spain. We were founded in Barcelona, and since then, we've expanded to include offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Berlin, Paris and Milan. The role

We're looking for an organised, people-oriented Office Coordinator to join our People team for 7 months (temporary contract), covering a colleague's absence. You'll split your time between keeping our offices (Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Paris and Lisbon) running smoothly, and front-desk duties (receptionist in Barcelona office). This is a great fit for someone who loves being the person who makes an office actually work:  chasing the repair, keeping the budget honest, and greeting people with a strong customer-centric mindset.

What you'll do

• Coordinate office setup, moves, and day-to-day facilities needs across our five city offices, working closely with Design, Procurement, and Finance departments.
• Own the office repairs process end-to-end, from logging the issue to confirming it's fixed.
• Help keep our offices safe and compliant, following Health & Safety advice and remediation requirements when applicable.
• Track and guarantee facilities budget adherence.
• Front-desk coverage: greet visitors, manage access, handle packages.
• Jump in on employee events, onboarding and service award logistics when the team needs an extra pair of hands.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English.
• 1+ years of experience in office/facilities coordination, or in a client-facing role such as reception, hospitality, call centre, or restaurant service.
• Comfort with Excel/Sheets and expense or budget-tracking tools.
• A problem-solver's instinct.
• Warmth, energy, and a genuinely people-oriented attitude.
• Availability to work onsite in Barcelona, Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 with one hour break, for a 7-month contract.
