• 데이터센터 자산 인벤토리 (Nlyte) 및 ServiceNow 데이터 품질 유지

• Nlyte 시스템을 통한 데이터센터 메트릭 모니터링 (온도, 습도, 에너지 소비 등)

• 모니터링 데이터 분석 및 운영 효율성, 에너지 사용, 잠재적 문제 인사이트 제공

• Nlyte 시스템 운영 상태 정기 점검 및 유지보수, 최적화

• 데이터센터 운영팀, 시설 관리팀, IT팀과 협업

• 경영진 검토 및 의사결정을 위한 정기 운영 보고서 생성

• 기술 문서 및 운영 가이드 작성, 유지

*자격요건

• 데이터센터 운영 경력 3~5년 이상

• Nlyte 시스템 및 ServiceNow 관련 전문 지식

• Microsoft 서버 제품에 대한 광범위한 지식

• PC/서버 하드웨어 및 네트워킹 관련 전문 지식

• 데이터센터 전원 체계에 대한 전문 지식

• 영어 가능자 우대

What this job involves

To achieve excellence in Whitespace management programs incorporating industry best practice, innovative techniques and statutory and contractual compliance. Reports to the DC Facilities Manager.

Major Responsibilities

• To maintain the data quality of the Data Centre assets inventory up to date (Nlyte) and ServiceNow with no exceptions

• Monitoring various data center metrics such as temperature, humidity, and energy consumption using the Nlyte system to ensure optimal data center conditions.

• Analyzing the monitored data to provide insights into data center operational efficiency, energy usage, and potential issues.

• Regularly checking the operational status of the Nlyte system and performing necessary maintenance and optimizations to ensure system stability and performance.

• Working closely with the data center operations team, facilities management, and IT teams to ensure smooth data center operations.

• Generating periodic reports on data center operational status for management review and decision-making.

• Creating and maintaining relevant technical documentation and operational guides to assist team members in understanding and effectively using the Nlyte system.

• Onsite logistics and technical support assigned by site manager

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

• 3-5 years Data Center operational experience.

• Expert knowledge of Nlyte system and ServiceNow.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft server products.

• Expert knowledge of PC and Server Hardware as well as networking.

• Expert understanding of Data Center Power schemes.

• Expert verbal and written communication skills.
