What this job involves:

The Assistant Facilities Manager serves as the strategic leader for client relationships, overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive service delivery strategies while driving business growth. This senior position is responsible for maintaining exceptional client satisfaction, achieving financial targets, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that address clients' business challenges.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Develop deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to deliver tailored solutions that create meaningful value
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive account strategies and annual business plans
• Manage complex, multi-service client portfolios and oversee seamless service delivery across disciplines
• Set clear account revenue targets and drive profitable growth through identification of new business opportunities and expansion of existing services
• Assemble and lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams to support client needs
• Monitor account performance metrics, client satisfaction, and service delivery quality
• Implement effective risk management strategies within the account
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage firm-wide resources and expertise
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to secure new business
• Stay current on market conditions, competitive landscape, and industry best practices
• Participate in business development activities, including networking events and industry conferences

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
• 5+ years of progressive experience in client relationship management, business development, or related field
• Proven track record of managing large, complex client relationships and achieving revenue growth targets
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate services and market dynamics
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing complex service delivery
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
