Summary: 

We are seeking a highly motivated Network Operations Engineer with expertise in Juniper technologies and exposure to AI Ops to support the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise network environments. The ideal candidate will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure while leveraging AI-driven operational tools to improve incident detection, automation, and operational efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain enterprise network infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, outages, and performance issues within agreed service levels.
Configure, support, and optimize Juniper routers, switches, and security devices.
Perform incident, problem, and change management activities following ITIL best practices.
Utilize AI Ops platforms to improve event correlation, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and operational automation.
Analyze network trends and recommend proactive improvements to enhance reliability and user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to resolve complex technical issues.
Support network maintenance activities, upgrades, and technology refresh initiatives.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge articles.
Participate in on-call support and major incident response as required.


Job Qualifications:

Experience in enterprise Network Operations or Network Support.
Hands-on experience with Juniper networking technologies (routing, switching, and security).
Strong understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs, VPNs, STP, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.
Familiarity with network monitoring and observability tools.
Knowledge of AI Ops concepts, event correlation, predictive analytics, or operational automation is an advantage.
Experience working within ITIL-based service management processes.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a 24x7 operational environment.

 

Preferred Certifications

 

Juniper Networks Certified (JNCIA, JNCIS, JNCIP, or higher)
ITIL Foundation
Relevant cloud or automation certifications are a plus.
