Salary: €28,080 per annum
Mileage Allowance: €0.15 per km
Lunch Allowance: €6 per day worked
About the Role
We're looking for an energetic and motivated Merchandiser to join our team. If you enjoy being on the move, building relationships, and creating eye-catching in-store displays, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Reporting to the Tactical Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring products are displayed to the highest standards, helping to drive sales and deliver an excellent experience for our retail partners.
What You'll Do
- Visit stores and follow your assigned journey plan
- Ensure products are displayed in line with planograms and promotional guidelines
- Maximise shelf space and secure additional display opportunities
- Rotate stock and monitor product availability
- Check pricing and shelf-edge labels are accurate
- Capture before-and-after photos of displays
- Build strong relationships with store managers and retail teams
- Report competitor activity, sales opportunities, and store feedback
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns
- Deliver excellent service and maintain high merchandising standards

- Previous experience in retail, merchandising, customer service, or a similar environment is desirable
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel between stores

Requirements
- Full clean driving licence
- Comfortable using technology and mobile devices for reporting and capturing store activity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships in store
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple store visits and priorities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great results
- Previous retail, merchandising or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
