About the Role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the growth strategy of our AI-powered mobile products used by millions worldwide.
You’ll own the performance marketing strategy end-to-end, combining data, creative insights, and product thinking to drive scalable growth. Working closely with Product, Creative, and Data teams, you’ll run experiments, optimize campaigns, and identify new opportunities to maximize business impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead and optimize multi-channel user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other growth platforms.
- Develop creative strategies by partnering with Creative teams, defining hypotheses, and turning performance insights into actionable improvements.
- Analyze campaign performance using MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust), dashboards, and key metrics such as ROAS, LTV, and retention.
- Own the full acquisition funnel, from user acquisition to subscription growth and monetization optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Product teams to translate marketing insights into better user experiences and business outcomes.
- Build strong platform partnerships and explore new channels, strategies, and experiments to unlock scalable growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience managing user acquisition campaigns for mobile apps across iOS and Android.
- Strong hands-on expertise with platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, and TikTok Ads.
- Solid understanding of mobile attribution, SKAN, and performance marketing principles (AppLovin and Web-to-App experience are a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities, and drive growth decisions.
- Experience developing creative strategies and collaborating with design teams to improve ad performance.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and scale multiple products.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
