To support our Marketing Intelligence team for Net-a-Porter and Mr. Porter we are searching for a Marketing Intelligence Specialist (f/m/d) to be based in our Barcelona office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Analyze customer journey data, turning user behavior patterns into clear strategies for optimization and scalable growth.

• Partner directly with channel specialists (Paid Search, Affiliate, Display, Social, SEO) to define business data needs and translate complex datasets into actionable, channel-specific recommendations.

• Collaborate on budget allocation and forecasting, continuously aligning marketing KPIs against business targets.

• Audit, optimize, and run quality checks on daily operational workflows and reporting tools to guarantee high data integrity and team efficiency.

• Represent Marketing Intelligence in cross-departmental projects, ensuring initiative outputs directly drive company-wide objectives.

• Support the evolution and integration of AI-driven analytics tools and workflows.

WHO YOU ARE

• Master degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a similar background.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Analytics or a similar role. Experiences in E-commerce or Luxury will be a plus.

• Good knowledge of Tableau and Excel.

• Knowledge of SQL is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders at various levels.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Result driven and high standards in quality and precision.

• You are a passionate, committed team player with a high degree of personal initiative.
