About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing operations, executive coordination, content management, and digital growth initiatives.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that blends marketing operations with executive support. You’ll help keep campaigns organized, content moving, leadership aligned, and growth initiatives on track. Rather than creating strategy from scratch, you’ll ensure marketing execution happens consistently, efficiently, and accurately.

Working closely with leadership, you’ll coordinate marketing campaigns, manage content systems, execute LinkedIn-focused initiatives, support lead generation, and leverage automation tools to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

Executive Support & Operational Coordination

• Support leadership with calendar management, scheduling, inbox organization, and operational coordination.
• Schedule recurring meetings aligned with business priorities.
• Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain organized workflows that support operational efficiency.
• Assist with administrative and executive support as needed.

Content Management & Organization

• Maintain a centralized library of marketing assets and campaign materials.
• Organize, update, and repurpose content across marketing channels.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, formatting, and brand presentation.
• Coordinate content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Keep documentation and marketing resources organized and easily accessible.

Marketing Execution & Digital Strategy

• Execute LinkedIn-focused marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives.
• Support lead generation and audience engagement activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and engagement across digital channels.
• Assist with email marketing, content distribution, and promotional activities.
• Track campaign metrics and recommend improvements based on performance.

Tools, Systems & Automation

• Use GoHighLevel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and related tools to support marketing workflows.
• Build surveys, forms, and applications using Typeform or Jotform.
• Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to streamline marketing operations.
• Maintain organized marketing databases, reports, and workflow documentation.
• Support process improvements through automation and efficient systems management.

Research & Content Support

• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research.
• Research industry trends and campaign opportunities.
• Support video content planning and marketing asset development.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen messaging, positioning, and campaign effectiveness.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, executive support, operations, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns and content workflows.
• Hands-on experience with:

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Typeform or Jotform
• Strong Google Workspace proficiency (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting founders, executives, or entrepreneurial businesses.
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing, content creation, or operational workflows.
• Experience with LinkedIn marketing and lead generation.
• Background in startup or high-growth business environments.
• Experience coordinating marketing content and digital campaigns.
