About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused primarily on high-volume outbound email outreach, consistent follow-up, and meeting generation.
This is a hands-on execution role — not strategy and not closing. Your primary responsibility is to send high-quality outbound emails, engage prospects, maintain disciplined follow-up, and consistently book qualified meetings for the sales team.

What You’ll Own
Outbound Email Outreach – Primary Focus
- Execute high-volume outbound email campaigns daily
- Personalize outreach based on prospect and company context
- Write clear, concise, and persuasive cold emails
- Test subject lines, messaging angles, and CTAs
- Use tools such as ChatGPT to improve personalization and messaging efficiency
- Continuously optimize outreach based on reply and conversion rates
Outbound Calling – Secondary
- Make targeted outbound calls to priority prospects
- Reinforce email sequences with strategic call follow-ups
- Engage interested prospects and move conversations forward
Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Manage prospects across structured outbound sequences
- Maintain consistent follow-up over longer sales cycles
- Ensure no qualified lead or conversation falls through the cracks
- Prioritize prospects based on engagement and intent
Qualification & Meeting Booking
- Qualify prospects against defined criteria
- Convert interested prospects into qualified meetings
- Schedule calls efficiently for the sales team
- Provide Account Executives with clear prospect context and handoff notes
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Maintain accurate prospect records in HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Log outreach, responses, notes, and next steps
- Keep pipeline stages and follow-up tasks current
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Outbound SDR, BDR, or similar sales development role
- Strong experience executing email-heavy outbound campaigns
- Excellent written English with strong cold-email copywriting ability
- Experience managing structured outbound sequences and follow-ups
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
- Comfortable working toward daily and weekly activity targets
- Highly organized, persistent, and process-driven
- Ability to work independently during U.S. business hours
- Full-time Monday–Friday availability
Nice to Have
- Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools for outreach personalization
- Apollo.io or Outreach.io experience
- Experience prospecting into U.S. or UK markets
- Cold-calling experience
- Experience in B2B sales or lead generation
