Key Responsibilities:

• Process Quality: Ensure the highest quality of production processes by constantly monitoring critical parameters to guarantee product integrity and reliability.
• Integrated Safety: Operate in full compliance with current safety standards, promoting a culture of prevention and ensuring that every process activity is performed in accordance with industrial health and safety regulations.
• Operational Synergy: Collaborate closely with the production team, working synergistically to monitor processes and proactively prevent any technical issues that may cause delivery delays.
• Process Management: Oversee process activities on the production line, including impregnation and treatment phases, ensuring the correct functioning of plants and the optimization of workflows.
• Technical Efficiency: Propose and implement technical improvements to existing processes, with a constant focus on increasing quality standards.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Supervise process maintenance activities, actively collaborating with the maintenance team and providing technical guidance during troubleshooting procedures to ensure operational continuity in compliance with standards. Coordinate maintenance planning with the Production and Maintenance teams.

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Proven previous experience in industrial sites featuring chemical plants is preferred.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of fluid dynamics and thermodynamics.
• Knowledge of plant operations. Ability to interpret P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and process flows.
• Soft Skills: Strong aptitude for cross-functional collaboration, decision-making skills in operational contexts, and a focus on real-time problem solving. Strong aptitude for meeting deadlines.
• Mindset: Rigorous and proactive approach to safety ("Safety First") and constant dedication to maintaining the highest quality standards. LEAN approach as a modus operandi.

The pay range for this position: Between € 41,600.00 and € 62,400.00 gross per annum. The specific pay offered will consider the candidate’s education, qualifications, experience and skill set.

A National Collective Bargaining Agreement (‘NCBA’ - Chimico - Farmaceutico) is applicable in relation to the position. Stipendio Base: La retribuzione seguirà le tabelle salariali previste dal CCNL di categoria Chimico Farmaceutico

Base salary: The remuneration is established according to the Chimico Farmaceutico NCBA salary scale, which defines employment levels and minimum salary levels.

Pensione Integrativa (FONCHIM): Tutti i livelli sono eligibili
Contributo del datore di lavoro: 2,1%. Contributo del dipendente: 1,2%. Base di calcolo: retribuzione mensile lorda.

Pension Fund (Fonchim): All levels are eligible
Employer Contribution: 2.1%. Employee Contribution: 1.2%. Base: monthly gross salary.
