• Understand key business metrics and establish connections with operational data analysis.

• Facilitate critical operational activities, including but not limited to outage planning, parts escalation, and quality containment actions.

• Responsible for tracking the timely placement of demand for Parts Repair and Services, coordinating with various stakeholders (e.g., Customer Portfolio Managers, Service Directors) to support outage planning and fulfillment.

• Actively participate in the implementation of global standard tools and systems within the region, collaborating with global key stakeholders.

• Support demand forecasting for outages, parts, and repairs by leveraging expertise in data analytics.

• Contribute to processes that investigate data and make complex information more accessible and actionable through data visualization and analytics solutions for the entire organization.

• Design and execute analytic projects, generating insights to inform business decisions using advanced analytical techniques.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Degree, preferred majors: STEM , Statistics, Data science, Business, Supply Chain Management etc.

• Proficient in excel (pivot tables, formulas) etc fundamental data processing capabilities

• Learning & Adaptablitiy:  quick learner of business model & operating process, adaptable to fast-paced work environments.

• Responsibility & Attention to Detail:  Meticulous working style,  prioritizes data accuracy, and independently completes basic tasks and timely feedback

• Communication & Collaboration:  strong teamwork skills;  effectively communications needs and progress with cross-department colleagues

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Python, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau etc)

• 6 Months commitment or more

• Proficient in English,  speaking / writing /reading

•  熟练使用 Excel（数据透视表、公式等）等基本数据处理功能。
•  学习和适应能力：快速学习商业模式和运营流程，适应快节奏的工作环境。
•  责任感和注重细节：工作风格细致，优先考虑数据准确性，独立完成基本任务，及时反馈。
•  沟通和协作能力：团队合作能力强；有效地与跨部门同事沟通需求和进展。
优先考虑的资格
•  了解 Python、数据可视化工具（Power BI、Tableau 等）。
•  保证6 个月以上实习周期
•  精通英语，听说读写。
