Position Overview

MRI Software is seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrator to support our clients by managing lease data, processing rents, and ensuring contract accuracy within our software systems. This role is ideal for someone with a background in lease abstraction, billing, or property operations who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the  Cape Town office. 

Responsibilities:

• Read / comprehend contract documents and invoices

• Conduct data entry into relevant MRI software

• Flag items requiring additional information to follow up with client stakeholders

• Knowledge of MRI Occupier software is a plus

• Actioning Client rents

Experience:

• 5 years of related professional global experience

• Experience reading and abstracting real estate leases

• Experience with MRI Occupier software is a plus but not essential (Horizon / Prolease / etc)

• Billing experience

• Action Reconciliations

Skills:

• Fluent English in speaking and writing is a must, another European language is a plus

• Strong analytical skills

• Strong interpersonal and organization skills

• Customer service and team orientation with ability to adapt to changing environment

• Priority setting, organization, and time-management skills

• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite and technology applications

• Exellent attention to detail

• Highly focused

• Strong self-learning ethic
