Requisitos
- +6 años en QA Automation.
- Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos.
- Automatización Web y API.
- Playwright, Cypress o Selenium.
- Appium (deseable).
- Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Diseño de frameworks de automatización.
- Integración de pruebas en CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI o Azure DevOps).
- Experiencia en Microservicios y APIs.
- Inglés avanzado.
Deseable
- Docker y Kubernetes.
- Contract Testing (Pact).
- Observabilidad (Datadog, Grafana, New Relic).
- Performance Testing (k6, JMeter).
Responsabilidades
- Liderar la estrategia de automatización.
- Diseñar y evolucionar frameworks E2E y API.
- Definir estándares y mejores prácticas.
- Impulsar iniciativas de Quality Engineering.
- Integrar automatización en pipelines CI/CD.
- Acompañar y desarrollar al equipo de QA Automation.
