Lead the design process for digital products from initial concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needsDevelop detailed wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to communicate design solutions and support product development milestonesConduct heuristic evaluations and usability testing to identify and resolve user pain points, improving product usability and user satisfaction metricsFacilitate collaborative design workshops and brainstorming sessions with stakeholders using FigJam, Miro, or Freehand to generate innovative solutionsCreate customer journey maps and user personas to inform design decisions and optimize user experiencePerform secondary research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark design practicesCollaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of design solutionsDefine and organize information architecture to optimize navigation and content structure for digital platformsRequired Skills:
