Summary: As an IT Service Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery and operational support of IT production systems and services. This role focuses on maintaining the availability and reliability of infrastructure services, managing risks associated with service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective service management practices. Collaboration with various teams and stakeholders is essential to support the service management lifecycle and address any issues that arise promptly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence. - Monitor service performance and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance client satisfaction. - Assist in the development and implementation of service management policies and procedures. - Support risk management activities to minimize service disruptions and maintain compliance with organizational standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Service Management Governance. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with German Language. - Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks and best practices. - Ability to analyze and resolve service delivery issues efficiently. - Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system availability. - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
