As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll develop leading-edge applications and systems. Partnering with your team of architects and developers, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to our customers’ users.

You Have: 

• 5+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, refining, and documenting requirements, including writing features and user stories

• Experience supporting the DoD, including working with cross‑functional teams and influencing key stakeholders

• Experience producing reports, preparing presentations, documenting meeting minutes, and communicating findings to clients

• Experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, and Agile tools such as Jira

• Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile development practices

• Ability to pay strict attention to detail

• Possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• TS/SCI clearance

• Certified Scum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
