As a Technical Support Engineer at A1 Bulgaria, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the quality of our video services. Join a dynamic team, work with innovative technologies, and enjoy a supportive and fun work environment while contributing to our customers' satisfaction.

Your daily routine would include:

• Maintaining the quality of video services related to IPTV, SatelliteTV, Cable TV, OTT, etc.
• Planning, creating, and administering all systems related to the company's video services.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and making the necessary changes to improve services if necessary.
• Preventive detection and resolution of problems and quick decision-making to Performing analysis and technical adjustments to improve services.
• Mentoring and assisting in guiding junior engineers.
• Proactively participating in internal and external communication.
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

• Higher education – Telecommunications, IT, or other similar specialty.
• 2 years of experience in a network/technical position.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and the knack for setting priorities.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with telecommunication network technologies.
• Good knowledge related to IPTV, DVB-S, DVB-C, and OTT services.
• Skills in IP, Linux, and scripting.
• Good German language skills.
