We are seeking to hire an Information Security GRC Consultant (NIS2) to join our largest manufacturing client team and support one of our clients in a major NIS2 Remediation Programme. The ideal candidate has a strong Information Security and GRC background, proven project management experience, a structured and analytical mindset, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Requirements
What you'll do
- Review and analyse existing NIS 2 Gap Analysis remediation initiatives and action plans.
- Develop and maintain the overall project plan and monitor progress against agreed actions.
- Liaise with Information Security responsible personnel and other key stakeholders.
- Supervise, coordinate and confirm the implementation of related remediation action plans.
- Provide guidance and support to implementation teams as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Raise and follow up tickets through the ITSM platform, as required.
- Act as the single point of contact for NIS 2 remediation activities.
- Prepare monthly status reports and provide regular project updates.
- Participate in weekly online status meetings.
- Provide project management support throughout the remediation programme.
Role Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Information Security, with a GRC focus.
- Strong knowledge of the EU NIS 2 Directive and the relevant Information Security legal and regulatory landscape.
- Proven experience in leading or coordinating Information Security / GRC projects.
- Experience in remediation planning, action tracking and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong understanding of Information Security governance, risk and compliance principles.
- Excellent command of English.
The following will be considered as a plus:
- CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor or other relevant Information Security certifications.
- Previous experience in NIS 2 implementation or remediation projects.
- Experience with GRC and/or ITSM platforms.
