Position Summary
Essential Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Create and post job requisitions using Lever Applicant Tracking System.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for qualified candidates.
- Extend employment offers and facilitate the hiring process.
- Coordinate temporary staffing needs with staffing agencies.
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
- Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment records.
- Work with third party agencies (on need only base for CC positions)
- Coordinate and facilitate biweekly onboarding for new employees.
- Schedule and conduct New Hire Orientation.
- Complete pre-employment background and reference checks.
- Ensure a positive and engaging onboarding experience.

Human Resources Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Process new hires, employment changes, and terminations.
- Update employee information within the HRIS.
- Conduct quarterly personnel file audits.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations.
- Create fillable forms ( Adobe Pro)
- Administer employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Assist with annual Open Enrollment.
- Respond to employee benefit inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Partner with leadership to promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Foster positive employee relations and collaborative working relationships.
- Support additional HR projects and department initiatives as assigned.
- Visit residential homes if needed.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel locally to job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
