  • Support employee meetings and performance processes, and partner with leaders on disciplinary and corrective-action processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and appropriate documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen people processes, policies, and ways of working to support organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement talent integration, recognition, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Analyze employee feedback and survey results, and support leaders in translating insights into meaningful engagement actions.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate assessment, offer development, compensation discussions, contract preparation, and preboarding.
  • Build structured onboarding plans with hiring managers to ensure new employees are welcomed, equipped, and set up for success.

  • Strong understanding of the Western Canadian retail talent market.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching leaders and influencing outcomes in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.
  • Experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition, including both high-volume and specialized searches.
