About the Position:

As a dynamic HR Ops Program Manager within our Global People Experience team, you will champion operational excellence by weaving Agile methodologies and AI innovations into the fabric of our employee lifecycle. You’ll translate complex SOX and regulatory requirements into efficient, scalable employee experiences. Reporting to the Sr. Director of HR Ops, you will drive cross-functional global initiatives, transform complex compliance and workflow needs into fluid, tech-forward experiences that define the future of HR operations.
You will lead the end-to-end design, implementation and launch of an enterprise HR virtual assistant (service desk) powered by Atlassian Rovo with Jira Service Management. You will own the project lifecycle ground-up architecture to user adoption, knowledge base integration, and ongoing AI optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek opportunities for process optimization, improving internal procedures, programs and services that enhance the ability to manage workflows across People and Talent
- Applies Agile project management methodologies and best practices to all HR initiatives, including AI-driven technical transformations
Using the TA and HR Ops dashboards, perform monthly and quarterly analytical reviews of data to convert core metrics into practical and actionable, leadership-focused insights - Assists with mentoring team members with content development and maintenance to our employee-facing and internal knowledge bases. Regularly engages COEs to ensure content is current and relevant
- Support HRIS via user-acceptance testing (UAT) with system upgrades, feature releases, interfaces, integrations and data conversion projects across all functional areas of HR.
- Responsible for documenting process changes to work instructions
- Provides administrative coverage for the team, as needed, across the full employee and contractor lifecycle
- Builds and maintains relationships across all People and Talent and key operational stakeholders (Payroll/FP&A, Legal, Security and IT) to maintain business continuity
Content management and maintenance of the HR Intranet sites - Answers general employee/manager HR questions and requests, and supports internal HR escalations within team
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong business acumen, including problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Views all projects through a global lens, with harmonization and transformation at the root of all projects
- Deep comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity
- Highly organized and disciplined with a strong work ethic; ability to take initiative with workload and know how to effectively prioritize work
- Ability to maintain utmost confidentiality regarding employee and applicant information
- Can seamlessly work in a team environment being flexible, positive, approachable, and have strong interpersonal communication and partnership skills
- Leverage Agile and process optimization methodologies to ensure quality, consistent, effective delivery
- Understands the business benefits of the project and linkage between project/program goals and organizational strategy drivers
- Proficient in Google Suite, HCM systems (Workday preferred), inquiry management systems (Jira), and ATS applications (Greenhouse)
- Experience driving projects involving AI or technical transformation is highly desirable in alignment with the company's innovation push
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience in HR (a plus), Business Administration, or IT
- Program Management; candidates from technical backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience; at least 3 years in a generalist or program manager capacity advising and influencing key stakeholders
- Fluent in Spanish a plus, but not required
Compensation:
At Netskope, salary is one component of our competitive total rewards package. The salary range for this position is as listed below, and applies to candidates based in European Union (EU) member states, in local currency. This range is provided in accordance with EU pay transparency requirements.
The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the On Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target commission amount at 100% goal achievement.
In addition to salary, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus plan (for non-sales roles) and a stock award program. Candidates may also be eligible for a comprehensive health plan and other benefits that can be reviewed upon request.
