About the role
Job SummaryAssist the HR team with end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, maintaining recruitment records, job posting administration, and supporting onboarding processes to ensure an efficient hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview arrangements and application status.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support the recruitment team in posting job advertisements and monitoring applications.
- Prepare recruitment-related documents, reports, and interview materials.
- Conduct reference checks and assist with pre-employment documentation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment and onboarding activities.
