HPEのサーバー、ストレージ、ネットワーク、ハイブリッドクラウド、AI、サービスを含む幅広いポートフォリオを活用し、パートナー企業のビジネス拡大に貢献しWin-Winを実現して頂きます。

【仕事内容】

パートナーアカウントマネジメント

• 担当パートナーのビジネス戦略・市場戦略を理解し、HPEとの成長戦略を立案・推進
• パートナーとの長期的な関係構築を通じて売上拡大および市場シェア拡大を推進
• パートナーの経営層および事業責任者との定期的なエグゼクティブエンゲージメントを実施

Joint Business Planの策定・実行

• パートナーとのJoint Business Plan（共同事業計画）を策定
• 四半期・年間ビジネスレビューを実施し、戦略目標達成に向けた実行管理を担当
• HPEおよびパートナー双方の経営層を巻き込みながら事業拡大施策を推進

チームセールスの推進

• サーバー、ストレージ、ネットワーク、サービス、GreenLakeなど各製品・サービス営業との連携
• プリセールス、マーケティング、サービス部門と協業したチームセリングのリード
• パートナーを通じた新規案件創出および大型案件の獲得支援

パートナー投資プログラムの活用

• MDF（Marketing Development Fund）や各種販売リベートプログラムを活用した需要創出施策の立案・実行
• マーケティング施策や販売促進施策を通じたパイプライン創出
• 投資対効果を分析し、継続的なビジネス成長を実現

【必須要件】

• IT業界における営業、パートナー営業、アライアンス営業またはビジネス開発経験をお持ちの方
• パートナービジネスへの強い興味・関心をお持ちの方
• 高い実行力、主体性、オーナーシップを持って業務に取り組める方
• ITインフラおよびITサービス全般に関する知識 （サーバー、ストレージ、ネットワーク、ソフトウェア、クラウド、サービス等）
• アカウントプランニングおよびビジネス戦略立案経験
• 社内外のステークホルダーとの優れたコミュニケーション能力
• エグゼクティブレベルとの折衝・関係構築能力

【その他（Want条件）】

• パートナービジネス、チャネル営業、アライアンス営業経験
• Joint Business Plan策定・運営経験
• MDFや販売リベートプログラム活用経験
• HPE製品およびサービスに関する知識
