• Patient Services & Engagement: Design best-in-class patient services programs, map user personas, enhance patient & HCP engagement, and optimize workflows & case management for patient support managers, nurse educators, adherence specialists, and field reimbursement managers
• CRM Transformation: Design, configure, and drive end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale patient services implementations on Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Salesforce Health Cloud
• Agentic AI Integration: Embed Agentic AI capabilities into client platforms and workflows, translating early-stage ideation into a next-generation solution that deliver realized business value
• Project Delivery: Lead key modules and workstreams across implementation including requirements gathering and business process design – from discovery workshops through to UAT & go-live
• Business Development: Co-lead proposals, business development efforts and coordinate with account teams to create outcome-based solutions & deliverables
• Thought Leadership: Develop accelerators, assets and methodologies, points-of-view, industry research, or white papers that elevate the patient services practice

Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:

• Industry expertise with a global top pharmaceutical, medical devices or biotechnology firm
• Familiarity or expertise with assets or tools in business consulting such as issue trees, implementation frameworks, diagnosis tools like client questionnaire and analysis, operating model, business process mapping, and so on
• Good functional and patient services knowledge with relevant project experience
• Make presentations wherever required to a known audience or client on functional aspects of their domain
• Should have worked with multi-functional teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight
• Strong writing skills to build point of views on current industry trends
• Strong program management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude to learn quickly
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

• Or a postgraduate degree with rich experience of working in a Life Sciences patient services consulting space
• Hands-on involvement in at least one full-cycle Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud CRM implementation, from requirement gathering through go-live
