About the Role:

We're seeking a Global Compensation Analyst to support the delivery and administration of global compensation programs that help attract, retain, and motivate Veralto's associate population. In this role, you'll support market benchmarking activities, prepare compensation analyses, maintain tools and resources, and provide practical compensation support to Corporate HRBPs and the broader Total Rewards team. This is an opportunity to build experience across broad-based, global, and executive compensation-related work within a high-visibility Total Rewards function.

You'll work closely with the Total Rewards team, HRBPs, Finance, the Workday team, and external partners to help deliver clear compensation insights, consistent processes, and timely support across the enterprise. Success in this role means producing accurate analyses, maintaining practical tools and resources, supporting compensation governance processes, and bringing a continuous-improvement mindset to recurring work.

This role is fully remote.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate annual benchmarking activities by submitting associate compensation data to external survey vendors and analyzing results to support compensation structure reviews.

  • Prepare Corporate as an OpCo group-level analyses that assess internal equity, external market competitiveness, pay positioning, and business context to support compensation decisions.

  • Support implementation of new or updated compensation and benefit programs for Corporate as an OpCo based on business needs, including analysis, coordination, testing, documentation, and follow-up.

  • Contribute to global compensation and executive compensation-related projects through data analysis, benchmarking, modeling, materials preparation, and follow-up on assigned workstreams.

  • Support the annual review of pay zone premiums by gathering market data, validating inputs, and preparing recommendations for review.

  • Create and maintain compensation tools, templates, training, and reference materials for HRBPs and managers, including market pricing, salary structure, and compensation process resources.

  • Assist with Workday compensation enhancements by supporting testing, data validation, process documentation, and feedback collection.

  • Support annual compensation process communications by preparing roll-up presentations, tracking timelines, and helping ensure key stakeholders have the information they need.

  • Document standard operating procedures for recurring compensation processes to support consistency, knowledge sharing, and scalability.

  • Coordinate recurring compensation governance activities, including tracking exceptions, documenting decisions, monitoring approvals, and escalating questions as needed.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience in compensation, Total Rewards, Finance, HR analytics, or a related HR function, with exposure to market benchmarking, compensation data, pay programs, or HRBP support.

  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and the ability to work accurately with compensation data, market data, and recurring analyses.

  • Experience working with HRIS data, preferably Workday or a comparable platform.

  • Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate compensation concepts into practical guidance for HRBPs, managers, and business stakeholders.

  • Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and a continuous-improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, or related Workday testing or process enhancement activities.

  • Experience supporting global compensation programs, multi-country pay practices, or a matrixed operating-company environment.

  • Exposure to external compensation survey vendors, incentive plans, equity programs, or compensation governance processes.
