Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operations of the location, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable performance
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a productive and engaged team
- Drive sales, revenue, and operational targets while managing costs and controlling budgets
- Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and resolve escalated customer matters
- Monitor key performance metrics and take action to continuously improve results
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health and safety requirements
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships as applicable to the location
- Report on performance, trends, and opportunities to senior leadership
- Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven workplace culture
Requirements
- Proven experience managing the operations of a location, branch, or similar business unit
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing frontline and supervisory staff
- Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, and driving sales and operational targets
- Excellent people-management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work full-time and on-site in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
- Willingness to relocate for this role
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
- Experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or another multi-unit consumer-facing sector
- Track record of improving operational metrics and customer satisfaction scores
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
- Experience overseeing multiple teams or aspiring toward multi-location leadership
